Synopsis
Born in a favela in Brazil, she got out of poverty thanks to her kitchen. This brought her to Europe, where she works in Michelin-starred restaurants.
But also, Simone is an outstanding athlete, winner of numerous triathlons.
In this documentary short for Banco Santander, we tell her life and we follow her in the 10,000 of Soplao race.
