“Violence in Argentina through the history of a pair of sneakers”

Trailer

Synopsis

How to bring international content closer to audiences that usually don’t mind them because it finds them very far from their reality? How to awaken their interest in subjects that are themselves exciting, such as war or gun trafficking, but that escape an important part of the people, due to geographical and cultural distance?

A simple answer: using objects close to the spectators, things they have at home, at hand; that are part of their daily lives, so that they serve as a bridge towards distant issues.

This is the logic behind ‘13 Objects ’, that an object, like a shoe, leads us from story to story to portray a complex reality, such as that of violence in Argentina.
